For my Dorothy oufit on Halloween, should I get blue nail polish with french tips? Or, just plain red polish ?

Honey, Dorothy was a little girl from Kansas! Clear fingernails, possibly with french (white) tips.





Unless you are going as Hollywood Dorothy, then you can do whatever you want.
