you can buy a kit and like walmart or cvs that has something to paint the white evenly or you could just go get them done professionally

you can also buy kits from avon, that come with the stickers ansd all 3 polishes (tan, white, and clear)
get fake ones or put clear nail polish on your hole nail then get a shiny white nail polish and put that at the tip of your nail

2.put a clear coat on then white trim and once that drys put another clear coat
